WHAT HAPPENED:
Marius Dewilde reported seeing an 18-foot-wide disc land on some railroad tracks. A few humanoids came out speaking an unidentifiable language. They then got back in and the disc disappeared.

WHAT HAPPENED:
The Roxburgh Castle was moored to her berth when the captain, Mr. R. H. Pape, while walking about on the deck noticed fine white filaments of an unknown kind on the railings and stanchions.
