When John Reginald Halliday Christie arranges to move from his home at 10 Rillington Place he not only left behind an unpleasant smell but also the bodies of his wife and two prostitutes he had left in the walls of the kitchen.

Soviet cosmonauts reported seeing an alleged unmanned satellite about a half mile from their spacecraft.
I can't find any other references to this sighting except for my reference below, but the whole mission was fraught with problems, and many things did go wrong.
