WHAT HAPPENED:
100 years before Judge Crater mysteriously disappeared (see listing under
August 6th), John Lansing also
mysteriously disappeared.
The really weird thing was that Lansing occupied the almost exact same office as Judge Crater, a Justice of the New York Supreme Court.
