According to Israel Keyes, his life as two different people began in 1997, and since then killed at least ten people, and maybe even more. He was finally caught in 2012, and committed suicide in early 2013. He never did give out the names of the people he killed, and the FBI has since created a website with loads of information (timeline, locations etc.) while at the same time asking for the public's help in putting the names together of other victims.
THE FBI has set up a website to specifically help the public help them (the FBI) find who the other victims of Israel Keyes are:
To the right is a picture of Israel Keyes. The FBI thinks he is at least responsible for 10 or more murders. He confessed to as much before he committed suicide and before revealing any names, except Samantha below. The Israel Keyes Project is really just the beginning of a larger "DATABASE PROJECT" that will involve archiving all possible "Serial Killer" related "Google Alerts" into a searchable database which we will explain in much more detail after the following reality check:

If you really want to know more about her, we're sure you can find it somewhere online, but from what we've read, she was a deeply caring and giving friend and daughter and she did not deserve to die. So much of what we do here is just our way of trying to help remember Samantha and so many others like her, and to help future Samantha's before they end up just being another memory also. We hope Samantha would have approved.
I know this all sounds like an obssesive/ compulsive kind of thing, but Dave has been planning this kind of database since before the beginning of this century and everything most people believe about serial killers is sometimes in direct conflict with Dave's theories and we can argue about them forever, but one of the best ways to test them out, is to use them as a rough basis to maybe finding some serial killers that have slipped through the cracks, so far anyway.

THE FBI'S THEORIES about serial killers, of all Law Enforcement (LE) agencies in the United States, are the closest to Dave's theories that he's found. They even get the terminology right, he says. They use the term "serial murderer" instead of "serial killer", and even define it as a "serial murder" instead of as a "serial killing":

FROM THIS POINT ON, we will use the FBI term "serial murderer" (instead of "serial killer"), because that's what people like Israel Keyes really are. As a matter of fact, the term "serial killer" is all over the place, to the point where the real meaning is lost. You see it used more as an entertainment device than anything else now a days.
The key to Dave's theory are patterns, and not just your normal everyday "profiler" kind of patterns either, but real patterns that are hidden inside more than a million unsolved murder, missing person and found body reports that are out there just waiting to be discovered.
Local patterns are hard to find on a national level and to understand why this is true, you need to begin with what most Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) are up against when trying to research serial murders and that is the simple question of where exactly to go to do this research.
There really is no centralized place to find this stuff, and short of literally going to each and every individual LE agency in the country to look through all their unsolved homicide or missing person or found body records to find these patterns, Dave was forced to improvise, and that he did by thinking of the next best thing, and that was by using "Google Alerts" to find and archive them until he was ready to begin the project.

Since 2004 (and before), Dave has kept an archive of "Google Alerts" for the keywords "missing", "body found", "skeletal remains", "unsolved" and "serial killers". There is a chance, albeit a small chance, at least one of his other victims might be found in one of those "Google Alerts".
IN 2009 from December 17th to December 29th, Keyes flew from Anchorage, Alaska to Orlando, Florida. We are currently looking through Dave's e-mails of "Google Alerts" from that time.
