LOCATION:
Point Pleasant, WV   USA

WHAT HAPPENED:
Two married couples spotted a six to seven-foot tall being with hypnotic eyes and big wings folded against its back. When it moved towards them, they took off in a state of fright.

A little later they saw what they thought was the same creature spread its batlike wings and take off. It followed them almost to the city limits. It made sounds like music playing at high speed.

The monster was sighted by many other people in the same area and on the same night.
