WHAT HAPPENED:
Today in 1928, Albert Howard Fish abducted 12-year-old Grace Budd and then proceeded to strangle and decapitate her.

And as if that weren't enough, he then sawed her in half, carved her up, and made a stew out of her.

He was tried, found guilty and electrocuted in 1936.
