WHAT HAPPENED:
Neighbors heard scratching from inside the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Kiley. When they entered the house, they found it filled with an intense flame.

Mr. Kiley, on the floor, was totally consumed by fire. His wife was nearby in an easy chair. She was badly charred but recognizable. The easy chair was not even burned or singed.
