MAY-28-1982 [FRI]

LOCATION:
Redding, UK

WHAT HAPPENED:
A young girl was walking through the yard of a church when she saw a 50-pence coin fall "from nowhere". She wasn't the only one.

Soon after, a local candy store noticed a jump in business and informed the local clergyman, who checked the poorbox.

No money was missing and after interviewing the kids, the clergyman found out that many of them had seen the money drop out of the sky.
