WHAT HAPPENED:
Three Houston residents, while sitting in front of their apartment building when they saw a shadow cross the lawn and then,"bounced upward into a pecan tree". A dim light illuminated a tall man wearing a, "black cape, skin-tight pants, and quarter-length boots".
