WHAT HAPPENED:
Today in 1908, the Gunness's farm burned to the ground. Arson was suspected and the subsequent investigation revealed the bodies of fourteen men buried on the farm. The body that was presumed to be that of Belle Gunness turned out to be the wrong size.
Did Belle kill all those men and then fake her own death? A question we'll probably never know the answer to.
