Henry Harrison reported his observations of the night before and early this morning to the U.S. Naval Observatory. After it was dismissed as unacceptable by the director of the Observatory, Harrison took his case to the press.
Morris Jessup, an astronomer and 20th century UFO investigator, analyzed Harrison's data and came to the conclusion that Harrison's object was organic and under intelligent control.
